Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations can be applied.
The elite racial Shield Razortail For instance, it is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP, and/or to add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens are a way to reroll a purchased item, such as an armor, weapon or ring. The item is replaced with another of the same kind and comes with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. However, they don't retain the level of the original item and any resources wasted won't be compensated for.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in chests and crates or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of an item, for example increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can roll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase damage from weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades give the player an extra health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to higher quality. To create them, you need an upgrade level reroll token. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on Action spaces the reroll marker stays on the space until the next successful result is to be rerolled. This lets you avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show an image and description of the appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's shop can exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
This means that you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available to reroll, and also those that are in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones which increase the value of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade gear players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. The menu will appear that shows the item's current status and what it will be when being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.
After choosing the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, they can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. upgrade item will be raised in level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process also is risk-free and will not impact the longevity of the item. This is an excellent option for players who want to gain an advantage in combat but don't want burden their wallets. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto an entirely new piece of equipment.
The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for new players. There are several methods to get them. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally, players can cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that allows you to increase the power of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume upgrade materials and give the item an upgrade level, giving the item an additional boost in the area. The process will continue until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items with upgraded stats will have an icon of blue next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be applied to more than one item at the same time. Each upgrade component requires an amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left is where players can add a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right slot shows a preview of what the gear will look like once it is at its next level. Once the player has enough items by pressing the yellow arrow, it will start the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small percentage. The highest level for an item is 19.
Once an item reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. In the same way, once an item is on the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will come with discounts.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can slot into weapons, armors trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons to give an additional benefit or bonus when the equipment is in use. They can be purchased through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed with new ones. However, this will ruin the previous upgrade.
Requirements
Upgrades to items give players the ability to increase certain stats of armor and weapons that they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the kind of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This gives them extra effects or an increased quality of the item. The upgrades can be acquired from a variety of sources within the game, such as crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade element is added to an item, it isn't able to be removed or substituted without restriction, however the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.
The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can increase the item's statistics.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and also gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.
Some items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats and more for the fact that it lets players get the maximum amount of value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly coveted by the melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.
If you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will show a pop-up window that shows the requirements required for that item. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
The game will place an item in your inventory once you've met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show how close to getting the upgrade completed. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
